Title: What
should be done about young adults abusing alcohol?
Thesis: The
minimum legal drinking age should not be lowered to 18, but keeping the MLDA at
21 does not solve the problem of binge drinking and alcohol abuse. This issue
can be addressed by offering alcohol education to teenagers and young adults.
